Inkomba Verification Agency cc (Inkomba VA hereafter), is a Close Corporation registered on 26 March 2009 in terms of the Close Corporations Act, with Registration No. 2009/061674/23. Inkomba Verification Agency is a SANAS Accredited Verification Agency (BVA 126). Its sole purpose is to verify the B-BBEE status of Measured Entities according to the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice and the DTI Verification Manual with a system which is in compliance with the requirements of SANAS R47-02. Inkomba VA is 100 percent black owned of which 70 percent is female ownership with Level 1 B-BBEE Certificate
